Overview
This Online Educational Resource is for teaching staff looking for a template AI and Own Work Declaration form for students submitting coursework where AI may have been used.
As well as the statements, citation and full prompt and output list, we also included a ‘Value Added Reflection’ to prompt students’ consideration of their own role in using AI - hopefully developing their skills as an AI user and preparing them for the workplace. We also use this information to direct teaching in this area.
We utilise this form as a separate submission to their coursework, but this form can be repurposed for use as an appendix or in other formats.
